Dollar weakens slightly ahead of Fed announcement (AP via Yahoo! Finance)

The dollar fell from a three-month high Wednesday ahead of the Federal Reserve’s announcement on interest rates. In morning trading in New York, the 16-nation euro rose to $1.4545 from $1.4529 late Tuesday.
